May 12, 2009: The Governor of Rhode Island signed new building energy code legislation into law.
May 12, 2009: The Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards adopts the first Informative Appendix in the country. The Appendix includes a stretch code that allows for enhanced energy and carbon savings.
May 1, 2009 : PJM adopts Regional EM&V Forum’s Recommendations on its draft M&V Manual for Energy Efficiency resources.

NEEP's 2009 Northeast Energy Efficiency Summit was a huge success!
