NEEP's January 2006 report on The Need for and Approaches to Developing Common Protocols to Measure, Verify and Report Energy Efficiency Savings in the Northeast is now available to download. The report, funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, is intended to serve as the basis for developing a framework and dialog on creating common regional measurement and verification and reporting protocols to help advance energy efficiency in the context of achieving important energy, economic and environmental goals.
