For the seventh year, NEEP brought together policymakers, energy efficiency program administrators, advocates and business interests at its 2004 Annual Conference Energy Efficiency: Policy and Applied Policy on November 17-18 in Waltham, Mass.
Some 120 participants helped analyze the current public policy landscape for energy efficiency and examine various strategies for applying those policies. Topics ranged from building energy codes and product standards to the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and energy modeling.
Thanks to all those who participated in the 2004 NEEP Annual Conference, and a special thank-you to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy, for helping to make the conference possible, as well as to our conference sponsors: Efficiency Maine; Efficiency Vermont; KeySpan Energy Delivery; LIPA; National Grid; the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities; NYSERDA; Northeast Utilities; NSTAR Electric & Gas; and the United Illuminating Company.
Conference presentations are arranged below according to agenda order. Most files are PowerPoint presentations, with the exception of a handful of PDF's - clicking on the desired link will produce a separate window. Each presenatation is listed with file type and size.
