2003
On November 12, 2003, NEEP hosted the 2nd Annual Northeast Energy Efficiency Summit in Providence, RI, which brought together utilities, energy efficiency program administrators, non-governmental organizations, regulators, policymakers and others to foster a dynamic dialogue and examine energy efficiency as public policy in relation to:
- Economic policy and rising energy costs
- Environmental policy and climate change action planning
- Energy reliability and system planning
Three panels of energy and environmental experts then presented their thoughts and engaged attendees on various strategies and lines of thinking to advance energy efficiency in the three policy areas. Please contact us if you would like more information about the presentations.
