NEEP is proud to announce that Don Fudge will be transitioning from his current position as Manager of the High Performance Schools Exchange to Director of Training and Education. In this role, Don will direct NEEP's training and education business planning and development, develop and maintain strategic relationships for training and education, supervise the training and education staff and project teams, oversee budgets and reporting, and direct product development, delivery and evaluation. Don is well regarded by NEEP staff, advisors and funders, and as an educator and architect, brings an experienced and expert perspective to inform NEEP's development.
NEEP will be searching for a qualified candidate to join our staff as Manager of the High Performance Schools Exchange. Please check the NEEP Web site for additional information as it becomes available.

In other personnel news, Glenn Reed left his position at NEEP in November to pursue a new opportunity with the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC). Glenn served as NEEP's Director of Regional Initiatives for nearly five years. In that time he managed NEEP's regional residential energy efficiency initiatives including Residential HVAC and ENERGY STAR Products, the latter of which has received multiple national awards from the US Environmental Protection Agency and the US Department of Energy. As Director of Regional Initiatives he provided strategic direction to NEEP initiatives and served as a member of NEEP's management team. NEEP thanks Glenn for his many contributions and wishes him the best in his new job at VEIC.
