Building Energy Rating

NEEP has created a one-page factsheet on building energy rating and disclosure policies, which provides a quick snapshot of our recent report, Valuing Building Energy Efficiency through Disclosure and Upgrade Policies: A Roadmap for the Northeast U.S. An increasing number of states in the region have shown interest in building energy disclosure and rating policies. The report serves as an important guide as they seek to design and implement building energy rating systems.
