EM&V Forum Library

The EM&V Resource Library is a collection of EM&V-related information that is accessible via the Regional EM&V Forum's website, readily available, up to date, and in a user friendly format. The Library is targeted to a wide audience including Forum participants/subscribers, policymakers, regulatory staff, system planners, program administrators, and Forum observers.

The Resource Library includes the following sections:

Research and Evaluation Studies: This section includes the Repository of State and Topical EM&V Studies, which provides public access to energy efficiency data and evaluation results across the northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

State EM&V Policies and Activities: This section provides information about EM&V policies and activities at the state level, from states within and beyond the Forum region.

Regional EM&V Policies and Activities: This section provides information about EM&V policies, activities and projects at the regional level.  This includes ISO/RTOs and other regional organizations within and beyond the Forum region.

National EM&V Policies and Activities: This section provides information about EM&V policies, activities and projects at the national level.  This includes federal government agencies and other organizations with a national approach.

EM&V Presentations and Reports: This section includes a range of papers and presentations associated with Forum protocol development and research activities.
