Leadership

The EM&V Forum is guided by a regionally representative Steering Committee led by co-chairs Richard Sedano, Director of the Regulatory Assistance Project and a NEEP Board Member, and Paul Roberti, Commissioner at the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission.

The Steering Committee co-chairs serve for a period of one year, guiding the development and adoption of revisions to the Forum governance structure, project agenda and Forum budget, and inform preparation of Steering Committee meetings.

Regionally representative Project Committees guide the Forum projects and activities. Committee co-chairs play a lead role in guiding Forum projects and budgets, and presenting Project Committees' recommendations before the Forum Steering Committee. The Project Committees current co-chairs are:

Protocol Development Projects: Mary Cahill & Helen Eisenfeld: NYPA; Lisa Shea, NSTAR
Research & Evaluation Projects: David Jacobson: National Grid; Tom Belair, PSNH
Education & Information Access Projects: Crissy Godfrey: Maryland Public Service Commission; Pam Stonier: Vermont Public Service Board

NEEP Staff


NEEP staff facilitate and provide administrative and operational support to the Forum's activities and participants, and serve as the legal fiduciary, and financial and fiscal manager for Forum projects and activities. The Forum is lead by Julie Michals, EM&V Forum Director, with Elizabeth Titus, Senior Research & Evaluation Manager, and support from Cecily McChalicher, EM&V Forum Associate.
