The EM&V Resource Library is the one place on the web that holds a collection of EM&V-related information - readily available, up to date, and in a user friendly format.
The Regional Evaluation, Measurement and Verification Forum (EM&V Forum) supports the development and use of common and/or consistent protocols to evaluate, measure, verify, and report the savings, costs, and emission impacts of energy efficiency. Launched in 2008, it is the only program of its kind in the country spanning eleven states. The EM&V Forum Steering Committee recently adopted the EM&V Forum 2012-2014 Plan, which guides Forum activities.

Launched in 2008, the Evaluation, Measurement, & Verification (EM&V) Forum is a project facilitated by NEEP, whose purpose is to support the development and use of consistent protocols to evaluate, measure, verify, and report the savings, costs, and emission impacts of energy efficiency and other demand-side resources.
